Welcome to CBT Therapies Ltd

My name is David. I offer CBT therapy within Bristol & Cardiff as a BABCP Accredited CBT Therapist and BACP Accredited Psychotherapist and Counsellor.

I also practice as an Accredited EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) practitioner and Couples Counsellor.

I work with both individuals and couples on an open-ended basis or for an agreed time period, with the aim of enabling you to enhance your life and to live it more fully.

In addition to my private practice, I have previously worked for the NHS and currently work for a not-for-profit organisation, treating people with varied psychological difficulties offering CBT therapy within Bristol & Cardiff. “Thank you for everything that you’ve done. You have helped to give my confidence to do things and go places that I’ve always wanted to but have been afraid to. There’s been a massive change in how I view myself and I no longer see myself as inferior or unworthy of friendships, relationships and general happiness.”
